TwitchGuard subscription
TwitchGuard does not offer refunds on completed payments. The bot worked during the days you paid for, the moderation network kept working during that time, and we don't claw back the use of something that was already delivered.
What we do offer is honest cancellation. Cancel anytime and your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. No surprise renewals. No cancellation fees. No retention email asking why.
How to cancel
Use the Manage Subscription link in the footer of this site, or open the Stripe billing portal directly from the link we emailed with your receipt. Click the cancel button on your active subscription. The next renewal stops. You keep moderation features (which are free) and lose Premium commands at the end of the cycle.

Billing problem? Charged twice? Charged for a subscription you never signed up for? Email [email protected] and we'll sort it out personally. We'd rather refund a real mistake than have you go to your bank, both for your sake and ours.
