05 / Questions

Asked before signing.

How much does a custom website cost?
Starter marketing sites begin at $1,000 USD. Complex sites and full applications scale up from there. Every project gets a written quote before any work starts, so the number you sign is the number you pay.
How does the quote process work?
Quotes are free and come in plain language: one page with scope, deliverables, price, and timeline. You sign or you don't. No discovery fees, no pressure follow-ups.
What does the codebase look like?
Plain, well-documented technology (Node, Postgres, plain HTML where possible) laid out so it's maintainable by us long-term and readable by any other developer if you ever need a second opinion. Repository handover, documentation, and deploy guides come standard at the end of every project.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Yes. Inherited sites, half-finished builds, and the codebase you're afraid to touch are a normal starting point for us. We audit first, quote second.
What does maintenance cover?
Monitoring, updates, bug fixes, and ongoing performance work. The plumbing most agencies stop doing after launch week. Scoped month to month, cancel anytime.
