CASE FILE STUDIO86 DEPT. OF CONTENT PROTECTION

Your content.
Protected.

A field report, prepared in confidence for the named subject.

Protect your content. A managed service from Studio86. We find where your work has been re-uploaded without permission and prepare the DMCA notices for you to send under your own copyright. We never see the originals. We only see what you don't want anyone else to.

§ I

The operation.

  1. I Intake

    Open a ticket.

Send a request through the Studio86 Discord, or email [email protected]. Tell us the aliases, handles, and sample files you want monitored. No account to create, no dashboard to learn, no tool to install. The case file opens the moment we acknowledge.

  2. II Method

    Fingerprint the evidence.

Images, videos, documents. Each sample you share is reduced to a unique digital fingerprint inside our pipeline. We retain the fingerprint and discard the original; the mathematical shadow is what we recognise on the open web, not the work itself.

  3. III Surveillance

    Eighteen engines in parallel.

Search engines, social platforms, forums, file hosts, torrent sites, the deep web. Eighteen sweeps run on our infrastructure, on our schedule. Matches surface as verified leaks with screenshots and source URLs attached, filed to your case so nothing crosses scans.

  4. IV Action

    Notices, ready to send.

Verified leaks become legally compliant DMCA notices, generated and addressed for you to sign and send under your own copyright. We track each one through acknowledgement, removal, and the inevitable re-upload, and reopen the case the moment anything returns.

What is not retained: the originals, your subscriber list, the names on the notices we file. What is retained: the fingerprint, the match, the receipt.

§ II

The dragnet.
Eighteen engines, in parallel.

Search engines, social platforms, forums, file hosts, torrent sites, the deep web. Simultaneous sweeps across every corner of the open web, plus a few of the corners that prefer to stay closed. You don't maintain any of it.

§ III

AI-assisted detection.

A naive scan would flood you with false positives: every stock image, every fan-art remix, every parody. Redacted's detection layer filters those out before they reach the queue, and what survives the filter is what a person, somewhere, made a deliberate choice to republish without permission.

What you see is what needs a human decision: issue the takedown, whitelist the source, or request additional evidence. The model learns from each call and the queue gets shorter, week by week.

The work is yours. The shadow it casts on the internet should be yours too.
Studio86, internal memo, drafted in service of the named subject.
