Dr. Marie-Claude Poirier has practised chiropractic since 2005, and her clinic sits in Sainte-Dorothée, on the west side of Laval. She asked us for a complete redesign of the clinic's website. The clinic sees patients in French and English, and nearly all of them have the same handful of questions before they book a first visit.
What a clinic site has to answer
Someone in pain looking at a chiropractor's website is not browsing. They want to know four things, quickly: can this person help with my problem, what will it cost, when can I get in, and where is it. A site that makes them dig for any of those loses them to the next clinic in the search results, or to a phone call the front desk has to answer.
So the site is built around those questions. The clinic's approach and the conditions it treats (posture, pain, limited movement, sports injuries) come first. Rates have their own page. Hours and location have their own page, with the address and phone number written out rather than hidden in an image. And the booking button is on every page, because the moment someone decides to book is not always the moment they reach the bottom of the home page.
What we built
- Online booking, 24/7. Patients book from the site at any hour, without waiting for the clinic to open.
- French and English. French is the default, English is one click away, and both versions say the same thing.
- A page for the chiropractor herself. How long she has practised, and her membership in the Ordre des chiropraticiens du Québec, because trust is most of the decision.
- Testimonials, rates, hours and complementary care each on their own page, so a patient can land on exactly the answer they searched for.
- A page for available space at the clinic, for the practitioners the clinic works alongside.
What she said
"I recently worked with Studio86 on the complete redesign of my chiropractic clinic's website, and I am extremely pleased with the final result! [...] What impressed me most was the remarkable speed and efficiency of the work, without compromising attention to detail or quality."
That's from her Google review. You can see the site itself at chiropratiquestedorothee.ca.
If you run a clinic
Chiropractors, physiotherapists, dentists, massage therapists: the shape of the job is the same. Answer the four questions, make booking easy from anywhere on the site, and do it in both languages if your patients speak both. We build these from $2,000 USD, host them, and keep them running afterwards. Tell us about your clinic, or read more about our work in Montreal and Laval.
